Everybody loves dip, some of us more than we really should. But there is good news, snackers! Many dips are actually very good for you, so you should feel free to make them whenever you want to take nibbling to the next notch. Some of these dips are even perfectly legitimate meal choices, when paired with a healthy dipping instrument—like whole grain crackers, vegetable spears, or toasted slices of multigrain baguette, for instance. Many of the dips I share here are high in protein and fiber, and rich in nutrients.
Others…not so much. Because I’m not trying to tell you how to live your life.
Each and every dip in these pages has been chosen, tested, and tweaked, and we love them all. I hope you will too!
