Author of Discovering Love Online: Love May Be Closer Than You Think, architect and creator of indie publishing house Propeller Cap, LLC and former singles ministry director, Chuck Miller brings a diverse career background and nearly four decades of experience as a journalist, editor, publisher and graphic artist to his written portfolio.
Chuck’s literary works span technology to theology, while as a leader he gained extensive experience in Christian ministry filling numerous volunteer and vocational roles. He has served on pastoral staff at several churches, invested over twenty years working with single adults of all ages and assisted as a facilitator in grief recovery support groups. Educational accomplishments include certifications in art and photography, and Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Master of Divinity degrees.
He dated “religiously” as a young adult through conventional venues. And, following his own twelve-year quest for love and companionship, enjoyed 23 years of marriage before his first wife, Millie, died of cancer.
His most recent endeavors lie in the realm of online dating. After an unsuccessful four-year-stint of dating the “old-fashioned” way, he decided to investigate the online alternative. Subsequently, Chuck just entered his third year of marriage to his lovely sweetheart, Deb, whom he met on eHarmony. His experiences and success are outlined in this book as a testimony to the value of online dating and of its benefit to those seeking the love of their life.
Chuck and Deb live south of Cleveland, Ohio with her daughters, Dani and Carol. When Chuck’s not taking a break from his daily routine to photograph nature and other subjects that catch his visual interest, you’ll find him working from home authoring books, writing blog posts and designing websites.
