Without a doubt, the single most expensive, most impactful, transaction of people’s lives is buying or selling their home and yet the vast majority of people take this on with the same level of due diligence they use when deciding where to eat dinner – they check stars on a website, they ask friends, they use the person whose sign they see all over town….
This is nuts.
This book explores why people behave this way and exposes the hidden the pitfalls in the process. It’s a clear guide to the common behavioral economic pitfalls that occur during the transaction and its a step by step guide on how to avoid them.
If you’re thinking of buying or selling your home in the next 12 months and putting more money in your pocket while having real peace of mind is important to you, this it the book is for you.
