Author Bio:
Shaun Bushey grew up in southeastern Wisconsin where he attended a small Christian school and developed a talent and love for writing poetry. He placed 1st in State competitions and went on to compete internationally. Shaun was inspired by King David’s Psalms, and this influenced his writing style. He later earned a Master’s in Applied Psychology through Liberty University while battling a terminal diagnosis of cancer. Throughout his fifteen year battle he continued to pour out his heart through his poetry not only for reflection, but also to encourage and strengthen others. He passed away on December 13th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of faith, which his wife and four children desired to share fulfilling Shaun’s dream of becoming a published author.
