About Blessed Sinner by Tracy Rowe
Viscount Thomas Devereaux, son of the Earl of Staunton, has no more use for love. Loss and pain have hardened his heart, and he vowed no woman would ever own him again. Hedonistic pleasure was now to be his vocation, and damned if he wasn’t good at it.
The tender mercies of love he left to Henry, his lifelong friend, and Henry’s little sister Elizabeth. Henry had suffered his own share of loss and pain at the hands of his brutal, abusive father. Deep scars beneath his unruffled façade now hid a restlessness and a passion even Thomas never suspected.
Though Henry had vowed to protect his little sister from their father’s violence, he had failed to protect her from the man who would leave her with a ruined reputation. His only hope is to remedy that stain by orchestrating a marriage of convenience for her to his best friend, Thomas.
Could Elizabeth be the salvation Thomas never knew he needed? Or are the temptations of other women forever to be his downfall?

Tracy Rowe is a Connecticut native. Artist, author, storyteller, and pretty good with a joke, her first published work "Musings of a Woman out of Place" deals with leaving her small-town roots to live in Los Angeles and the emotional dissonance of leaving behind the big city she loves to rediscover country life.
Her new book, Blessed Sinner, is book one of a two-part Victorian Romance series. Book two, Damned Saint, will be released in September 2022.
Words have always been her first, most endearing love. Especially in the way they come together to create worlds upon worlds. Her prose and poetry combine to touch the soul and hopefully bring hope and healing. Or at least a smile.
