Hi I am Michael, the author of the book. Ever since I was young, I was always that fat kid who had low confidence and self-esteem and always thought that everyone is above me. I tried to be vocal around my friends but I am too afraid of getting ignorance and rejections. I decided to change as soon as I turned 18. I decide to work out to build up my confidence.
