Dan Ulloa is a freelance writer who managed campaigns and covered politics and policy before transitioning to cannabis. Ulloa is currently the Editor of Heady NJ, a local news site covering cannabis reform and the industry in New Jersey. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of CannaCulture.com.
