Neela Arnaud, EAFT, is a therapist specializing in trauma-informed recovery processes specific to adult survivors of toxic families. Her expertise includes helping survivors of covert and overt abuse (including narcissistic abuse and toxic family abuse) learn to set healthy boundaries, including ending contact with harmful people. Originally from Provence, France, Neela now lives with her husband on a farm in Maine, USA, which they share with several goats and chickens.
