No matter how you slice it, this lip-smacking buffet will hurl your senses into a sometimes strange world, full of easily accessible bits and bites.
So, open wide and try not to gag as things are about to get sticky.

Stella Blocker is a dedicated educator from San Antonio, Texas. Stella grew up in Central and South America, returning to the U.S. as a high school student. She went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Journalism.
Her childhood abroad helped deepen her appreciation of other cultures and continues to remind her of the importance of diversity in our community and in the classroom.
Don’t Eat That! is Stella’s first published book. She describes it as a nauseating, yet bubbly collection of poetic collages. Her poetry is humorous, silly and a little strange.
When not leading a life of rhyme, she enjoys living with her family in the Texas Hill Country.
