About Dream Work: It’s Not That Complicated by Selden Dee Kelley III
Every night your mind is processing emotions, solving problems, and revealing parts of yourself that rarely get your attention during the day. Much of this takes place during your dream state. Dr. Kelley simplifies the science, psychology and spirituality behind your dreams. He then provides practical tools for remembering, recording, understanding and working with your dreams. This book is not about becoming an expert in dream interpretation. Rather it is about becoming a better listener to your own inner life.
