Have you ever wondered how many books on healthy living, getting fit, losing weight and looking younger etc. etc. are available today?
Well I decided to add to this huge and growing list of books – but with a difference! I describe my own efforts, starting in my forties, to adopt a healthier lifestyle and all the things I’ve learned along the way. Now over thirty years later at the age of 77 I’m still very fit and active, enjoying life and take no medications.
I’ve looked at the common factors that affect our health and wellness – exercise, nutrition, stress, sleep, brain health and genetics – and show the readers what I’ve done (and hopefully they will do) to get and stay fit & healthy as they get older. The book contains a comprehensive Wellness Self-Assessment that the reader can do to find out where they are at now on the health & fitness scale.
So, if you’re over forty and want to keep active and healthy as you age, I’m sure my book will help and encourage you
