Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
Most of the information is in my bio
I have written 30 full manuscripts
I have published 9 books of various genres
Spiritual as in my book Angel’s are not just for kids
Memoirs as is my book intensive 7 years called Forever Trumper
Romantic legal thrillers like One Chapter at a Time book 1 and 2
Traffic jam the beginning book 1 (series)
Finally my new book a romantic legal thriller Love and War
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My new book is called Love and War alls fair
It was written in 5 days and typed in 5 months between lock downs while in prison while living with the idea that I was defrauded by my first husband and found out this was true while my friend who I befriended found out she was a very prosperous divorce atty in the NY area. Her mistake put her in my life’s journey and while she died from covid told me to sue my ex and reopen my case so although the feelings were so strong haunted me night and day so I decided to write it with all the details and vibrato I could not just for me but all first wives who were tossed aside for the newer version to come in and take the 1st wife’s place.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Yes I pray before I start any books so all my books are carrying the blessings of God right before I put pen to paper.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Karen Slaughter i read all of her book
Johnathan Keller and his author wife
Stuart Woods series
What are you working on now?
A 10 book series on my family in novel reflected try events and characterizations of the real people wrapped in adventures of the women in the family as stand alone books except for the first 2 (GRACE and REBECCA).
Another series will be and is called Shattered and Unshattered(depicts the grave loss of my daughter who reappears to her mother as an Angel to help her lead her to why who and how she died.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I have a 3 layer promotion i produce the book in ebook paperback and hardcover
The second layer is the booktrailer and the music embedded in the booktrailer
The 3rd layer is the audiobook
All three layers intereact and act in a positive way upon each other.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Yes don’t wait to write perfectly before you finish your manuscript because when I was writing my weakness was my editing and feeling a lack of confidence when I would be told my stories amazing the characters interesting and my locations pleasing and welcoming.
To move forward I had to lean on my God and my father in Heaven. Whenever I had a block I asked God to help me make my way out of my block so some times it felt like the books were writing itself and began to have a life of its own so I wrote in an unbridled way.
So I recommend to new authors ask for God’s righteous hand to be upon me through writ I ng and selling my stories and now I need to go to another level.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Write what you know
Stay true to who you were…and are and wil be
Ever you have trouble remember God is a prayer away!
What are you reading now?
I have no time to read but the Bible scriptures once a day and carry those words into my
Heart.
What’s next for you as a writer?
I want to put my books on film and streaming and possibly after I get some recognition to be a brand for video games etc.
To try to attain best seller status and hopefully God willing to start my daughters legacy an app for single mothers h er to get them quick aid to have a home to raise their children and in my daughters memory and for her young son now 10 years old to know and admire his mother and her love to continue to help people l I ke s he did while ed he was alive although so young made an impression with her youtube for people who isolated themselves during covid and needed someone to be there late at night to show them they were not alone in the dark. Her lights still shines today in my heart and always will.
