My name is Rhett Burch and I began my fitness journey in 2003 after participating in high school track and field. Since then, I’ve tried numerous training methods. One of my favorites is bodyweight training. In fact, I’ve been doing it for years. Most books on body weight training leave a lot of important information out. Thus, I decided to write Max Bodyweight Training.
This book will teach you everything you need to know! It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or advanced. You’ll get a lot out of this book. You’ll become more muscular, powerful, and lean. All without a bunch of equipment or gym membership! This book covers the following topics:
-Which exercise equipment will take your body weight training to the next level
-Multiple ways to adjust bodyweight exercises to make them easier or harder.
-How to use bodyweight training to build serious muscle.
-Lifestyle changes you can make to enhance muscle growth.
-How to use bodyweight training to build serious endurance and strengthen your heart.
-Bodyweight cardio workouts
-How to use bodyweight training to become super lean.
-Which bodyweight exercises are the best.
-Multiple variations for the top bodyweight exercises.
