About Mindressed: Transform Your Identity from the Inside Out
What if the greatest transformation in your life begins not with changing your circumstances, but with changing the way you see yourself?
In Mindressed, Veronika Marešová introduces the Mind Closet, which is the invisible space where beliefs, identity, standards, and self-image are formed before they shape how you live, lead, love, and show up in the world. Drawing from her personal transformation and years of working with clients, she reveals why lasting change must begin on the inside before it becomes visible on the outside.
Through the practical D.R.E.S.S. Method, reflective exercises, coaching insights, and real-life stories, readers will learn how to recognize beliefs that no longer fit, rewrite their self-image, raise their standards, align their personal image with their identity, and sustain meaningful change.
Are you ready to open your Mind Closet and become more of who you truly are?

Author Bio:
Veronika Marešová believes that getting dressed is never just about clothes.
She is a certified Style Coach (Style Coaching Institute, London), a life coach, and the founder of Image Makers for You, a style education company based in Prague. She also created the Color Academy methodology. For 13 years, she has worked with women on the link between how they see themselves and how they show up at work, at home, and in the world.
Her own story is the heart of her work. After losing her father as a child, she lived for years without confidence or direction. Rebuilding her life from the inside out became the foundation of her Mind Closet method.
Veronika has appeared on Czech television, spoken at conferences for audiences of up to 1,000 people, and run her own workshops for years. Mindressed is her third book and her first in English.
She lives in Prague with her son, Eduard. She starts most days at 5:21 a.m. (not 5:20, she jokes, because she’s not a zero), loves training at the gym, and is always on the lookout for a beautiful place to have a meaningful conversation.
