About Starfall by P.A. Dixon
ourteen-year-old Samantha’s best friend is a Star Wolf. Starfall eats meteorites, flies when she feels like it, and talks straight into Sam’s head โ and she is definitely not from around here.
As Sam starts ninth grade, the world keeps turning out to be far stranger and more magical than she ever imagined. Then an old enemy of her parents resurfaces: the man responsible for her mother’s disappearance when Sam was only two years old. He wants Starfall’s power for himself, and he will stop at nothing to take her.
Sam does not know everything about the magic her family kept hidden โ but she knows one thing for certain. Nobody is taking her best friend. Not in this world, or the next.
STARFALL is Book 1 of the Ethereal Cycle, a completed YA fantasy trilogy that follows Sam and Starfall as their small coven grows โ joined by Virginia and her sea-born familiar Moonfall, then Mei and the phoenix that was waiting for her all along. All three books are available now.
