How do I become a self-employed call girl?
That is the question that preoccupies Anika, alias Ilona, who earns a living as a prostitute, among other things.
Dreaming of more autonomy and freedom, she flies to Athens with two full suitcases to start working in the escort business. Immediately upon her arrival, she meets the experienced call girl Violet, who gives her valuable tips for her new line of work, and introduces her to the art of “fishing”.

Maria van Daarten was born and grew up in the Rhineland Germany. For many years she has traveled through Southern Europe and took on a variety of jobs in order to support herself and a lifestyle that gave her plenty of free time.
Leisure time amongst other things, like her passion of reading and writing.
She got the inspiration for her book while working as a call girl in Athens.
This was an amazing and exciting time of her life and through her books, she wants to share this unusual experience with other people.
Today she lives happily in Aachen Germany. However, she continues to spend a large part of every year in Southern Europe enjoying the sunny climate.
