What if you could indulge and eat fried chicken, pizza, ice cream, cake, cookies, anything you crave and not have to suffer negative recourses? At my heaviest, I was 285 lbs. I suffered from IBS, gluten intolerance, nightshade allergies, severe arthritis requiring steroid injections and was on a CPAP aka alien machine. I had tried all of the fad diets. Weight Watchers, Paleo, Keto, Atkins, now called the meat diet, Mediterranean and more. I know all about counting calories, counting carbs, portion sizes, fasting, you name it.
Now, at 54, I’m healthier and thinner than I’ve ever been in my adult years. I’ve gone from a size 18/20 to a 12/14.
