About The Chicken And The Quail by Nissar Ahmed A. Naik
A review on amazon gives a good Synopsys
This book starts off innocuously and races off at breakneck speed. I finished this book in two sittings. Its good to note that this is a sci-fi thriller so that your expectations are set when reading.
:The story is about Yogesh Shukla’s death and subsequent sightings confirming him to be still alive. The police get involved and the chase is on. The author leads us through various twists and turns to the startling climax.
The author has a vast knowledge of various fields and has used them very effectively throughout the story. The author guides us through immigration checks, police procedures, neurology, migration history of ethnic groups, etc.
This book breaks the border of moral and legal issues, and their ramifications in light of our scientific progress. I can easily envisage this being made in a movie.
Bottomline: Read this book for its fast paced entertainment… and be prepared to be overwhelmed by the ending. My mind is still wobbling.
