How could a Christian become a vigilante serial killer? Who will discover the murderer? How many people will be terminated before he or she is stopped? Who is this killer and will that person be brought to justice? A disability analyst becomes a self-appointed vigilante. He or she executes people considered to be malingerer’s that have committed serious crimes and yet escaped the punishment they deserve. Matthew Brown, one of the lead fictional characters who is a branch manager with Disability Determination Services, was stricken with polio at the age of five and has no use of his right arm and partial use of his left upper extremity. As Mr. Brown goes through daily struggles, he slowly becomes aware that people who have been allowed Social Security benefits are being murdered. An assassination attempt is made on Brown’s life. As he recovers, Matthew Brown realizes who the vigilante is and that his friend, Jim Shark, is in danger. A race to save Jim Shark ensues and is successful.

He also worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for 12 years, and an education coordinator and teacher for nine years.
