Libby Wilson, M.D. loves to learn all things about health and fitness and share it with others. Her passion lies in helping people achieve optimal health as naturally as possible. She believes strongly in identifying the root cause of illness. She is proficient in interpreting labs and designing supplement programs to help patients feel better so they can then implement the necessary lifestyle changes to live a long, healthy, and meaningful life.
Dr. Libby is a board-certified Family Medicine doctor. She is also a certified IFM practitioner through the Institute of Functional Medicine and The Kalish Institute of Functional Medicine. In addition, she is a certified life coach through The Life Coach School. She is the owner of Best Life Functional Medicine, where she helps people get to the root cause of their symptoms and fix them so they can live their best life.
Dr. Libby resides in Springfield, Ohio, with her husband, Andy, 2 daughters, Josie and Ainsley, and her golden retriever, Zipper. In her free time she loves running, Crossfit, reading, and writing. Her passion is inspiring others to transform their lives.
Nate Long loves pushing others to help them reach their true potential. This drive for continuous improvement has taken him on a less traditional path to where he is today. CrossFit was the catalyst that pushed him out of his comfort zone that helped him get closer to his own true potential as an entrepreneur, in leadership, a spouse, a father and a friend. Nate’s strengths and passion fall in helping people create systems in their lives to help them be successful in all five areas of health and wellness.
While Nate’s formal education is a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Middle Childhood Education, much of his most valuable experience comes from reading and the integration of different strategies of experts in their field over the past 10 years in the area of health and wellness. Nate holds his CrossFit L-2 certification and enjoys taking any specialty course to help teach athletes how to move better, sleep longer, eat healthier, be more mindful and build quality lasting relationships. Along with running their two CrossFit gyms, Long Road CrossFit North and Long Road CrossFit South, Nate will be enrolling in the fall to get his life and health coaching certification to further his education and ability to help others live their best lives.
Nate resides in Urbana, Ohio, with his wife, Crystal, 2 daughters, Madilyn(14) and Marleigh(11), and their two dogs Toomey and Mocha. In his free time he loves Crossfit, reading, traveling and anything that includes enjoying new experiences with the people he loves. His passion is creating communities of people that love and support one another to reach their goals and true potential.
