About Traumas Left Behind: Faith
The final anthology of my Traumas Left Behind series. In this book, I talk about the traumas I faced after a loved one has transitioned into the next part of life. I had already accepted that death is something that naturally happens. Especially after experiencing it with former pets. I had never fully accepted that a person I love would ever go through the same thing. I had figured out how to continue life without them, but I had never allowed myself to heal and move past what happened. After being able to move forward many years later, going through these old poems has made me realize how strong I truly am inside.

Author Bio:
Name: Rachel Griffin
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
Occupation: Founder | Owner | CEO
Company: Pen & Camera
Growing up in Cleveland, I didn’t have many people around me speaking positivity into me. Especially when it came to my budding talents in writing. As I grew older, the urge to both write and photograph as much as possible became extremely important to me. I wished to make this a career. What I didn’t know is that, along with the career, I would be going through so much more externally and internally.
Writing doesn’t just help me heal. I write to help others heal as well. Especially the women. When women are able to heal our minds and souls, we grow as a person. When we grow, we are able to help our men do the same because they hurt as well. We can’t help them or our children if we’re hurting ourselves as well. If we listen to know one else, lets at least listen to ourselves and each other.
I became an author for the healing of all. Using my stories as the example. I’ve become the light for my life. I hope to spark the light in others through my writings.
