Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
One. This is a description of my spiritual journey, which took 50 years in all. However, I did not consciously realise what I was doing, or living until the last five years.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
This Above All – A Journey of Self-Discovery.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I tend to write only when I feel ready to write. In this way it flows out quite naturally and fast. It feels effortless.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Karen Armstrong, Alice Koller, Richard Rose, Teresa of Avila, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Emmet Fox, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Jack Kornfeld, Nisargadatta, and many more.
What are you working on now?
A book aimed at a more general audience that those who see themselves as spiritual seekers.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I don’t have any at the moment. Just trying things out as I am a new author.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
No. I am just new to this myself.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
“Don’t give up ’til it’s over” Keep going. The you get stuck, take a break and come back to it with a renewed attitude and maybe from a different angle.

What’s next for you as a writer?
I don’t know.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
Shakespeare’s collected works. Some modern day biographies.
