Patti Emminger is a retired elementary school teacher who has loved reading since she was a small child. Throughout her teaching career, she used fun picture books to teach lessons in every subject area, instilling a lifetime love of reading in her students. Patti’s love of her family has inspired her to write for fun and professionally. An avid nature lover, raising five sons and then a daughter allowed for many opportunities to enjoy nature and the out-of-doors through family trips, camping, days at the beach, and moves to new places. She is enjoying her retirement spending time with her grown children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her two adorable dogs, Sassy and Spice. She enjoys reading to children as much as ever!
