About A Cyclist’s Spirituality: Spiritual Lessons Learned from Riding a Bike
St. Paul predated this booklet’s connection between sports and the spiritual life by about two millennia noting that our spiritual journey, like a foot race, entails a goal, effort, and the need for discipline (cf. Cor. 9:24-25).
The author believes the comparisons are innumerably more. Take a ride with Fr. John as he shares some of his spiritual insights gained from cycling – covering themes like bike fit, drafting, crashes, and more.
