Author Bio:
Tricia DellAnno is a New York native, wife to John, and mother to Jonathan, a very tenacious boy on a mission to get a dog. Jonathan’s determination led Tricia to write “No Dog in my Yard.” Tricia has combined her love of writing and humor to create this comical children’s book. It received 5 Star Reviews from Readers’ Favorite, describing it as “Brilliant with spectacular artwork,” and Literary Titan, which “Highly recommends. A perfectly executed story that leaves you wanting more.”
Tricia's second book "A Dog in my Yard" is newly released and will bring many laughs and lessons to readers. She believes in relatable stories that entertain children and adults alike and provide life lessons without kids knowing (like hiding the finely chopped cauliflower in the mac and cheese). Before becoming a Children’s Lit Author, she earned undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Communications as well as her master’s in Human Resources Development. Tricia worked for Wegmans Food Markets for 25 years in various Human Resources roles.
In her free time, Tricia loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, biking, trying to grow giant pumpkins, and rescuing abandoned furniture from the side of the road and giving it new life.
