Author Bio:
I’m a historian, educator, and homeschool parent with a lifelong passion for bringing history to life. I’ve worked in education for most of my life and hold a degree in History and Education, along with a background in geography, religious studies, and literature. I have four children of my own and love teaching from a holistic viewpoint—connecting stories, ideas, and experiences to make learning meaningful.
I created this American history resource to support parents like me who want to inspire their children to think critically, learn independently, and truly enjoy the learning process. I believe history should be engaging, hands-on, and full of opportunities for curiosity and connection. In my spare time, you’ll often find me exploring the outdoors or visiting historical sites around the world.
My goal is simple: to help families teach with confidence, creativity, and a sense of adventure.
