About A New Concern: The Asht Yogis 2 by Ravi Ranjan Goswami
In some obscure place in Himalaya, there lived an accomplished Yogi Vishnudeva. He had an ashram where he held a two-monthly yoga camp for the students during the summer vacation every year. He could feel that India was about to face some severe disasters. He got the idea of selecting eight young yogis and training them in advanced yoga to make each of them achieve one accomplishment. Thus, he wanted to make an army of 8 youth yogis, who together would have 8 accomplishments. He selected and trained six boys and two girls for the purpose. These boys and girls were from different parts of India. As he had seen by his clairvoyance, India had two natural disasters, the flood at Kedarnath in 2013 and the flood of 2018 in Kerala. He used the accomplishments of the Eight yogis for the rescue and rehabilitation of the people caught in the disaster. There was a Tantric named Puran Deva who was a classmate of Vishnudeva. He considered Vishnudeva his rival and often tried to harass him by using black magic. Vishnudeva foiled his tricks as he was an expert Tantrik also. The outbreak of a novel virus and its spreading all over the world in 2020 was a new and serious concern for the Himalayan yogis. They planned to assist the people in fighting against the virus.
