About A Not So Misfit Odyssey
When pampered pig Juanito escapes a ham festival in Argentina, he joins Ungér, a fearless sheep, on a daring trek across South America. Dodging smugglers, fires, and poachers, they seek refuge at the River of Nueces—a place where animals live free. Along the way, they confront deforestation, exploitation, and the true meaning of belonging in this heartfelt, humorous, and urgent middle-grade adventure. A Not-So-Misfit Odyssey is a journey like no other. Charlotte’s Web meets The Wizard of Oz.
