About A Seal upon the Heart
A love story that’s rarely been told—a search for a relentless Love.
Love lost….
Scottish rugby star Tristan MacGregor’s world comes crashing down when his beloved father, a man of faith, commits adultery. Striving to pick up the pieces, he spurns his father’s God, turns to professional rugby as his salvation, and swears off women.
Especially stalwart women of God like Qeziah del Fierro.
Love redeemed.
But ravishing Filipina artist Qeziah lives out Christ boldly, and Tristan cannot help but be drawn to the mysterious radiance in her.
Unable to restrain his feelings any longer, Tristan vows he will be committed to Qeziah for life. But an earth-shattering revelation from her leaves Tristan on his knees, shamed that his devotion isn’t even strong enough. Just like his father’s.

Author Bio:
Rhyse J. Furio is a fourth-culture kid who is a native of the Philippines but has lived the greater part of her life in Cyprus, Lebanon, and the United States of America. As such, her multiculturalism has permeated her writing, and she writes an eclecticism of materials and genres—from newswriting to fundraising proposals to secular business and church magazines, from romance to young adult to fantasy, even high fantasy. She is not afraid to step outside the box and to challenge the status quo. Her debut book series, From Eden to Eternity, is an example of her unconventionality—it is a book series that incorporates romance and family life within a multicultural setting. What genre would that be called? She was also assistant editor for the Church of God flagship magazine, OneVoice!, and edits her own writing as a cost-saving measure. She has a hodgepodge of interests from playing music to singing to dancing to moviemaking to knitting to cross-stitching. Sleeping, however, is not one of her hobbies.
She was a full scholar to Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, and one of the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges from 2002–2003. She won the Syford Poetry Contest Special Merit Award in 2001 and was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta English Honors Society from 2001–2003.
