Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a mother of 4 kids. I have a weekly radio show called Thelifestyleshow where I help people transform their body, mind and soul. I am written 2 book and 2 journals so far. The first book is Waistless: How to transform your waist in 30 days and the second book is called Beautifully made: Let nature reveal your beauty. The title of the Journals are My Daily Food Journal and Gratitude Journal. I believe that food can be eaten as medicine instead of eating medicine as food. I became a Vegan on July 17, 2017. I also have a food show called Dinewithabby where i travel the world to showcase restaurants that has Vegan/Vegetarian dishes.

Beautifully Made: Let Nature Reveal Your Beauty is my second book. What inspired it was my food show called dinewithabby.
