Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I enjoy reading, singing and playing the keyboard, preaching and teaching, watching movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends. I lives in Millville, NJ with my dog. I also support the Millville, NJ Police Department as a Police Chaplain – an enjoyable experience.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The name of my latest book is Let It Go For Your Sake!: Forgive! It started with a conversation. A colleague friend of mine said, ” You are always talking about forgiveness, why not write about it?”
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
No unusual writing habits.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Maya Angelou and Alice Walker influenced me. One book in particular that head influenced me is the Bible.
What are you working on now?
I’m currently working on a memoir.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
My best method is promoting through social media and speaking engagements.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
My advice for new authors is just get your story down on paper.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Direction not intentions determined your destination.
What are you reading now?
I’m currently reading: Developing a Responsive Church to Meet the Needs of Individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Dr. Stephanie Chronicles: FAR FROM PERFECT.
What’s next for you as a writer?
What’s next for me as a writer is writing fill time in the academia field.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
If I were stranded on a desert island and sniffed to take 3 or 4 books with me I would bring the Bible, A Purpose Driven Life, A Touch of Peace in the Midst of Madness and Selected Writings and Speeches of Marcus Garvey.
