A.G. Redwood bridges two worlds: the untamed outdoors and the discipline of combat sports.
Raised in the deep forests of Eastern Europe, he learned early that survival depends on preparation, not luck. With a background in forestry and decades of experience as a hunter turned conservationist, Redwood knows that living with nature is a way of life—not just a weekend hobby.
Outside the woods, A.G. has spent more than 20 years in combat sports, both as a competitor and a coach. He has trained fighters in disciplines like Pankration, and through this work discovered a simple truth: in any crisis, a calm mind is the strongest weapon.
Today, Redwood lives on a remote homestead surrounded by wild nature. Power outages, harsh storms, and daily challenges are part of his reality. He writes for families who want practical, realistic preparedness strategies—without the “doomsday” hype.
Fun fact: His food storage system is family-approved. Thanks to his wife, a published culinary author, even his survival meals taste great.
