Interview With Author Anna Kaltseva
Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a journalist, editor, and author with over 30 years of experience. So far, I have written several books for other people, published under their names. I am the author of a non-fiction book about the alternatives that theosophy, as ancient knowledge, offers to today’s risk-filled society. The book is titled Theosophical Alternatives to the Risk Society and is available on Amazon in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Hindi.
I am also the author of two biographical books about famous personalities, which have been published so far only in Bulgarian. I am preparing them for publication on Amazon.
As an amateur cook and passionate fan of kitchen experiments, I document my experiences with different ingredients and dishes. This is how I wrote my latest book, Keto Diet with Coffee, which is already published on Amazon.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
As a passionate cooking enthusiast, I allow myself to dream in the kitchen, and that’s how I created Keto Diet with Coffee I’ve tried to experiment with the main categories of dishes we serve at our table – salads with coffee, vegan and vegetarian dishes with coffee, meat-based meals enhanced with coffee, and even seafood cooked with coffee as one of the ingredients. I’m surprised by the results myself and impressed by the unique flavor that ordinary coffee brings to food.
Let me clarify right away – I use regular coffee from different varieties, not specialized keto coffee. I haven’t tried cooking with that yet. Who knows, maybe one day I will. For now, I continue to experiment with my keto diet using regular coffee brands.
