Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am someone who enjoys things that are different, someone who doesn’t like to follow the norms of society, I once heard a quote that hit that state of mind right on the head, I can’t remember where I heard it exactly but it was, “Only dead fish swim with the stream.” It is only recently that I started putting pen to paper and release what has been frothing in my mind for ages. To date I have 1 book released
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My book is called The Bedlam Butcher, and I plan to release a series of books under the Chronicles of Cain umbrella, not to give too much away, but I’ve always been a fan of smart serial killers and the blending together of historical elements with present vices.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Not that I’m aware of. lol.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Stephen King and Patrick Suskind
What are you working on now?
I’m working on the second book in the Chronicles of Cain series, at the same time I have seeds to plant that will be the base of the third book in the series.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
As this is my first book published I’m absorbing everything I can regarding the promotional side of things. Aside from creating my author page on GoodReads you guys are the first site I submitted my book to.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Let the story you want to tell flow from your fingers and don’t worry about formatting and correct grammar, early on, that’s what editors are for.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Write every chance you get.
What are you reading now?
I just put down Stephen King’s ‘On Writing’, it was fantastic.
What’s next for you as a writer?
Next I plan on finishing the Chronicles of Cain series and at the same time fertilize these ideas I have for other books.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
‘Perfume’ by Patrick Suskind, ‘Pillars of The Earth’ by Ken Follett, ‘IT’ by Stephen King and ‘Something Wicked This Way Comes’ from Ray Badbury
