I write books on Productivity (including Time Management and Procrastination), as well as Fitness. The common denominator is ‘Self Help’, or ‘Self Improvement’.
As creator of Productivity Power-Ups and four separate books on Productivity, I cover a broad cross-section of the methods and tools to help people be more effective both at work and in their everyday lives.
Fitness is another passion, derived from an urgent need to improve my own fitness several years ago. Having researched the best way to go about this, I developed my own program.
