L’histoire d’un jeune immigrant brésilien qui traverse les États-Unis pour effectuer une livraison et tombe amoureux d’un top model qui l’aime aussi, mais qui est la « sugar baby » d’un des puissants notables de la ville, « Le cuisinier », propriétaire d’un restaurant français. Un meurtre est commis dans le restaurant, sur lequel enquête un détective impliqué dans la milice et couvert par un styliste qui est le fils du général. Un musicien se rend dans la ville en quête de gloire et rencontre Menphis, un personnage comique incarnant le diable. D’autres personnages du jazz et des légendes font partie de ce banquet.

Evaldo Bragança is a Brazilian fiction and thriller writer. He has written several works, including “The farce of carnival” , “The unholy caravan” and “Banquet in New Orleans.”

Regarding the beginning of his career, as a teenager, he wrote a text on existentialism called “Reasons to Liberate.” His second book is called “Quarirerilas, Crazy World of Fantasy,” a poem in story form that captures all the rage of youth. He later wrote a film adaptation of Thomas Dequincey’s “Confessions of an Opium Eater.” In college, he wrote a final-year book called “Ubiratan in the Depths of Hell,” a storyboard for the film.
He has a dual academic background, a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Faculty of Fine Arts in São Paulo and later graduated in the area of Information Technology from Fatec Ourinhos and Fatec Antônio Russo.
