Author Bio:
Guia Pesticcio Montenegro lives in Italy, after spending over two decades in the United Kingdom. She studied socio-psycho-pedagogy in Italy and continued her professional development in the UK through numerous training courses in the educational and social sectors.
During her time in England, Guia married and, together with her husband, became a foster parent. Later, the couple adopted two remarkable children whose emotional and educational journeys deeply shaped Guia’s personal and professional life.
Few years ago, the family returned to Italy. Drawing on her lived experience as an adoptive mother navigating the challenges of parenting, school integration, and emotional support, Guia wrote her debut children’s book, Ben BubbleHead Conquers the Bubbles of Anger.
Through her writing, she aims to offer understanding, empathy, and practical tools for families facing similar experiences.
