Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I’m an ex military medic that wrote my first book as part of a way to rid my PTSD demons, it kind of worked. But that’s just one label, I’m now wanting to take life and enjoy the simple pleasures, such as coffee, music, dogs, paddle boarding, growing my own food etc. Sounds like a hippy philosophy handbook, maybe that’s what I’ll write about next.
