Bret Davis was born in Youngstown, Ohio, with stops throughout his life in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Florida, Ohio (again), Georgia and Texas. Starting out as a door-to-door salesman, Davis climbed the ranks to hold executive roles in several leading companies within the medical industry. Along the way, he developed a deep understanding of people — what drives us, what connects us, and why the way we work matters.
