Florence is a Yoga and Pilates teacher who over the last decade has provided specialized chair and therapeutic yoga sessions for seniors to bring the benefits of yoga to those suffering from physical or cognitive impairment. Florence studied in Paris, Stockholm, and New York, and after many years in San Francisco now lives in Paris, the city of her birth.
David O’Connor
A fitness coach for 30 years, he has trained both seasoned athletes and beginners of all ages. David has authored several books with a mission to help seniors feel physically and mentally healthy, and designed to help seniors with muscle, joint, mobility, and flexibility problems.
His maxim is “It’s never too early to improve your fitness and never too late to start.” David’s mission is to assist elders with the increasing issues they face as they age.
