About Change the F**king Channel
Change the Fucking Channel is a book about nothing and everything, it started being about embracing change as a positive but became something else over time. Each chapter stands alone but all link together by simply being about people, us, how we behave and why we behave, it’s a book about humans, our flaws and qualities. Written over 7 years, the book has unironically changed significantly. It is rude, profane and honest, it isn’t a self-help book but it is designed to be helpful, to push us to face realities with confidence and help understand each other a little more. Themes run from “What would a Baboon do?” to personal change and starting your own cult. It is meant to be funny too, because you need to laugh at life.
