Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
Mi Familia Loca -The 60’s is a first book in a series. My Devoted Hispanic Family-The 70’s will be introduced in June. Mi Familia Loca-The 60’s is the beginning of a Hispanic family adventures. I have gotten good reviews, and I am just starting to understand the marketing process. (The hard part-the writing part is fun!)
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book, My Devoted Hispanic Family -The 70’s is inspired by a true story, a daughter that was taken from a father while serving in Vietnam. There is still humor in the story telling, and a work from the heart.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
No, not really.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
So many, but I would say-James Michener. I always enjoy the history and character weaves in his story.
What are you working on now?
I am working on My Hispanic Family-My Old Mexico History. Each book features a character in the book. This book features, Abuella Sophia, she’s a real ‘kick in the pants’!
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Still trying to figure this all out. I have a website, a blog, I advertise on FB on the weekends, and on Amazon Daily. I did sign up for a Newsletter in June for my release of My Devoted Hispanic Family-The 70’s.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
I am fairly new to this myself, so I would not want to steer someone in the wrong direction, just don’t give up.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
“Never give up!”

To continue working on a 10 book series.
