Crystal Estell is the author of A Nota romance author who spends her days caring for the sick and her evenings chasing happy ever afters. Somewhere in between she finds time for her husband, kids, dogs, chickens, and cockatiel, Puck, who flew into her life uninvited. Fueled on coffee and wine, she often does crazy things like paint the walls of her home twice, build her own furniture, repair broken appliances, install her own floors—and then shares how she did it. Her goal is to amass an army of fans who love romance as much as she does so she can rule the world—although she’d happily settle for the rank of full-time author.

What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Love and Fast-Pitch is my newest. It’s a sports romance novella inspired by the fact two of my daughters are serious softball players. We’ve spent many hours in the hot, blazing sun watching them play and endured the political, and often hilarious antics, of “softball mom” groups.

What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Word of mouth, joining facebook groups, and sites such as Awesome Gang!
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Never give up. It may seem like it will never happen, that no one is interested in what stories you have to tell, but it’s not true. If only one person reads your book, it’s a success!

Nora Roberts The Collector, The Discovery of Witches Trilogy, and a Bible–for inspiration!
