Founder of GuanJing Methodâ„¢- Ting Ting was born in China, and has dedicated her life to exploring the healing benefits of movement and imagination.
She has spent over a decade in the wellness industry, and firmly believes we are all capable of repairing the mind, body, & spirit through cultivating life force energy. Ting Ting currently offers online courses and classes as well as hosts retreats throughout the world.
Yearly GuanJing Method teacher trainings are also taking place in destinations such as Bali Indonesia. She currently resides in the Los Angeles area, but with her love of travel- you can find her developing new movements to her method in tropical jungles and landscapes rich with natural life force energy.
