Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I’m livin’ in Ventura, CA but refuse to surf. I write humorous short works mostly, but a full-length novel is in the works. I’m usually working on 3-4 pieces at a time in case I get stumped or it’s just not working. Then it’s time for a PB&J sandwich and a Coke.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Like Giving Whiskey and Car Keys to Teenagers – inspired by my career in theater, especially in college.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I work on multiple pieces at a time. If I get stuck in one, I just go to another. Then I get stuck in all of them and go for a nap.
