Author Bio:
Brittany Hopkins Switlick is a seasoned yoga teacher, training facilitator and instructor, personal development coach, author, and speaker dedicated to empowering others in unlocking new ways forward.
Her journey in the world of yoga began in 2004 and has since blossomed into a multifaceted career that includes running her own yoga studio and yoga teacher training school and leading retreats nationally and internationally.
After retiring from the professional dance world, her adventurous spirit led her to drive a car that ran on waste vegetable oil, live in a strawbale house she co-built, and create dance programs at two international boarding schools (one in Utah and one in China).
When she’s not sharing the powerful practices of yoga and mindfulness, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family in Colorado, where she continues to explore new ways to live purposefully and authentically.
