Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
Hello. I’m Danielle Jacks. I’m a romance author with four published books. I’m as suprised as you!!
I live in Yorkshire, England, with my family and tortoise. My friends would describe me as someone with her head in the clouds and my mind in a book.

What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The Heart of Baker Bay is my latest book. I wanted to escape to the beach and Clover Bay was the world it inspired.

Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I always carry a notepad to scribble in.

What authors, or books have influenced you?
Kyra Lennon and Mich Feeney are my influences.

What are you working on now?
A cheaters anthology piece which is a little different to my other books. It has a hint of darkness and a spark of magic.

What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I’ll try anything once 😉

Do you have any advice for new authors?
Never give up on your dreams

What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Everything can be taught from a book. You just need the right one.

What are you reading now?
Andie M. Long’s Phwoar and Peace. I love this series.

What’s next for you as a writer?
I have a few secret projects ;). I’ve just announced the Kiss and Tell anthology I’m so excited to write. Love on College Radio will be my addition.

If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
I have some reading to catch up on so Kyra Lennon’s Picture (Im) Perfect, Kiss my Cupcake Helena Hunting and On the Island by Tracey Garvis Graves as it’s my favourite desert island story.
