He also is a real estate investor and a part owner of a 52-unit apartment complex in Southern Pines, NC. Dr. B is also involved in a 120 Key Hotel in Lake Charles, LA and a 48-unit in Hickory, NC. He is also the international best-selling author of Networking Your Way to Success: 10 Steps to Building Relationships & Expanding Your Business for Entrepreneurs & Working Professionals and host of “The Dr. B Show” podcast, highlighting minority businesses and thought leaders. Dr. B also created a course that assists entrepreneurs and working professionals in networking virtually: “Transforming Your Way to Success.” Since serving his community is paramount, Dr. B has donated his time in the past to several organizations including, Prospanica, ASIS International, Young Professionals Council for the New York City Chapter.

Dr. B received his doctor of business administration degree in marketing from Walden University in March 2019. He received his master of business administration degree in management from Long Island University in 2007. Lastly, Dr. B received his bachelor of business administration degree in management from Berkeley College in 2003.
Dr. B lives in Linden, NJ, with his wife and two daughters.
