What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
If you liked, “A Course In Miracles” you will love, “Messages From Metatron: A Course In Self-Transformation.” Readers are calling it “captivating” and “astounding.” This channeled masterpiece offers 30 messages from the highest Archangel, Metatron. It includes a Study Guide with questions and exercises for individuals or groups. Devi Nina Bingham has compiled an extraordinary program for self-transformation, assisting men and women in discovering their purpose, or “Life Chart.” In a series of irresistible dialogues, “Messages From Metatron” stretches the limits of what is known about the Cosmos to the breaking point. An absorbing read that will convince you of the reality of angels! It was inspired by the death of my teen daughter.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I am channeling books now, which is an unconventional way to write a book. And the books are transmitted by Archangels, also unusual source material for a book.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Psychic Sylvia Browne’s books about the Other Side have influenced me. Not only did she give outstanding descriptions of life after death, but she was unapologetic about her gifts as a psychic, which allowed me to forge ahead unapologetically about the psychic gifts I have.
What are you working on now?
I’m currently editing the 2nd Archangel book, “Ten Archangels Teach You How To Live An Inspired Life.”
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
My Amazon.com author page: https://www.amazon.com/author/ninabingham
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Be an original voice. Do take inspiration from other best-selling authors in your genre, but don’t be a copy-cat. Say what you have to say in your own style, using your unique voice as a writer. Whatever is strange, odd or unusual about you will be your selling point.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Best advice was from my publisher who adminished me during my re-writes to devulge the deepest, hidden thoughts and emotions within me to readers. At first I was horrified by what she was saying. But after the publication of my autobiography, “Once The Storm Is Over” that won literary awards, I understood the wisdom of what she had said. You must make your books both relateable and believable, so sharing the most intimate and vulnerable parts of your life with the reading audience is crucial to a well written and engaging book.
What are you reading now?
“Songs of Earth & Power” by Greg Bear.
What’s next for you as a writer?
After the Archangel series of 3 books are published, I have no idea what character I will channel next, or even if I will continue channeling. I am an eclectic writer in that I’ve published modern poetry, 2 psychology books, an autobiography, and a series of Archangel channelings. The only thing similar about them are that they are of the genre of non-fiction.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
Because I am a Hindu, I would bring the Bhagavad Gita. The rest would be survivial books, of course.
