Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
Hi,My name is Dr Chirag Jain and a physician practicing in Mumbai,India since last 13 years. I have trained more than 10000 human brains with my 4 R theory and understanding the complexities of change of mindset with the laws of neuroplasticity formulated by him.
What a comeback! is my first book and my intention of writing the book is to reach out to people and make them aware of the the science of comeback.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
What a come back is a book about coming back from any situation in life.I was fascinated about this subject when during my interventions with the participants.I saw a complete turn around in the personality of some of the participants.People who were not having any purpose or goals in life, started getting more focused.There were cases where some were going through difficult times like a divorce or abusive partners.They were able to resolve these issues.This prompted me to find out more and started writing the book.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Yes,I am not a writer or author.I wrote the book with the single intention of sharing this knowledge to everyone.if I am to make a difference in the life of a single individual and help them to get a comeback. My purpose of writing the book is accomplished.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Daniel Goleman’s Emotional intelligence and Norman doidge’s The Brain’s Way of Healing: Remarkable Discoveries and Recoveries from the Frontiers of Neuroplasticity are two books which have helped me in a deeper understanding of the subject.
What are you working on now?
I am planning to write a book on the the neuroscience behind success and a winners mindset.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Bargain booksy is the best website I feel for self help book promotions.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Write from your heart and with an intention for the welfare of human race.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
If your intention is pure and for the well being of the people,like minded people will come to help you

Reading Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One.
What’s next for you as a writer?
I will be working on ways to to get this science accessible to every child and young adults the world.My belief that this will help to make the world more tolerant and peaceful
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
I would rather be lonely and practice mindfulness.The best book i have read is my life and I can do that only when i practice mindfulness
